Why is this going to be a different year than any other?
Before you start naming a long list of all the things you are going to do differently, I am advising you to ask yourself one simple question – WHICH ONE CHANGE CAN YOU MAKE TODAY AND STICK WITH?
Write THAT ONE CHANGE on a piece of paper and stick it somewhere that you will see it several times throughout the day.
Some simple ideas to choose from:
- Drink 3 glasses of water – yes, I know the experts suggest 6-8 glasses daily, I suggest something achievable, so start small.
- Take a stroll outdoors for 15 minutes.
- Commit to having at least one piece of fruit daily – there’s plenty of time to work towards the recommended amounts.
This is the quick, simple no nonsense approach to getting in the zone that I believe in and have seen work every time.
